The Butterfly Clues
by Kate Ellison

Penelope “Lo” Marin is dealing with a lot: her brother died last year, her obsessive compulsive disorder is getting worse, and she doesn’t fit in with anybody at school.  To top it off, she finds herself wrapped up in a murder investigation after witnessing the death of another local teenager.  She becomes obsessed with figuring out what happened, especially since the police don’t seem to care as much as she thinks they should, and she ends up solving more than one mystery along the way.

I was really excited to get my hands on The Butterfly Clues when I heard about it, and it did not disappoint!  Check this one out if you love unconventional narrators and fast-paced crime stories!
